Important:

2. If the battery is fully charged and the motor makes a sound, the electric saw still does not rotate, which may be the reverse installation of the chain. Please try again in reverse.

3. Do not use it for a long time, which may cause the motor to burn out! Stop the saw after 10-15 minutes of use, and continue to work after the motor cools down.

4. If it cannot be used normally after receiving it, please follow the steps to shoot and upload the video, and we will actively deal with it. Video shooting steps: connect the charger to the power supply - plug in the battery - the charger displays a green light - unplug the battery - install it on the chainsaw - give a close-up lens on the chain - press the chainsaw twice or cut small branches.
